Founder, Chairman of the Board and CEO, Legal Network Technologies Corp., a venture fund backed Internet and E-Commerce integrated transaction processing platform, software application, and one of the first specialized “software as a service” solutions. Founded in 1996, the company was named the “Top Emerging Technology Company” for Central Virginia in 1997 and “Rising Star” among Virginia technology companies.
